These terms govern your use of the contact and inquiry forms on moreflowmortgage.com and the text messages we may send you. By submitting a form you agree to these terms.

Our services

moreflowmortgage.com is a website operated by Christopher Hovenier, a licensed Senior Loan Officer with E Mortgage Capital, Inc. (NMLS #1404324). This site allows you to submit a mortgage inquiry or request to be contacted. We use the information you submit to respond to that request. Christopher Hovenier does not sell or share leads with third parties.

Text messaging program

If you check the optional SMS consent box, Christopher Hovenier may send you text messages at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include: acknowledgment of your inquiry, loan information relevant to your request, callback confirmations, and follow-up on your mortgage inquiry. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of obtaining a loan or any other service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply — check with your mobile carrier, as we are not responsible for charges from your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To stop messages, reply STOP to any text message; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. To opt back in, reply START. For help, reply HELP or call (949) 810-2600 or email chovenier@emortgagecapital.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in and text messaging consent data is never shared, sold, rented, or otherwise provided to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.

Please provide accurate information and only submit a mobile number that belongs to you or that you are authorized to use. Do not use these forms unlawfully or to interfere with the service.
